The Stuff of Historic Madison Indiana

Weather Station

Earlier this year two weather stations were installed in Jefferson county. One in Kent and one downtown in the west end of the Historic district.  These are my personal weather station that I have installed and configured ‘just for the fun of it’,  so to speak.  My motivation is of a  rather geeky gadgetry type and simple curiosity. You are welcome to follow the link to the code you can copy and paste to use on your own web site for local weather conditions.

The Metro Kent weather station is incomplete at this time. It unfortunately took a lightning hit this past spring which fried the wind speed anemometer and direction electronics. Until I can locate the correct photo resister it all works except those two indicators. Next I will be adding a webcam to the Kent station as well.
